What payment methods do you accept?

All major cards are accepted, check providers at bottom of website. 

Ordering and Delivery

Custom Orders

All custom orders required to be paid in full upon agreed price & creation of Shopify listing. Custom orders do not fall under the normal/standard processing time, additional time required to complete; minimum 2 wks – business days upon payment). Others that can impact timeline – holiday season, availability of supplies, existing orders, etc. Last minute orders are not typically taken but an additional $50-$100 fee will be added if able to fit in with existing orders.

If a custom order is canceled within 24 hrs - 25% cancellation fee charged and 50% cancellation fee after 24 hrs; plus Shopify fees.

Custom order will be shipped once completed and follow standard policy from that point.

How do I cancel my order?

I don't accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations; see policy for further details. 

Can I alter my order?

Sadly, we’re unable to modify your order once we’ve started processing it. 

What countries do you ship to?

Currently only ship within the United States. 

When will my order arrive?

The time I need to prepare an order for shipping varies. Orders are usually shipped 3-5 business days after payment confirmation. I'll do my best to meet these shipping estimates, but cannot guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping services available.

Please not delivery has been impacted recently due to COVID-19, weather conditions and shortage of staff; despite paying extra deliveries are deadlines are not met.

How much is shipping?

All orders are shipped will ship within 3-5 business days from the date of payment confirmation.

  • Majority of packages are typically shipped via FedEx/UPS due to item(s) size.
  • Smaller orders are sent via Priority mail, unless noted otherwise. Notify the seller prior to purchase, if priority or first class mail is preferred.

J Christopher Design & More will use the shipping address provided through marketplace unless notified or special instructions provided. Buyer is accountable for orders shipped to wrong address and expense to correct. Please contact seller prior to payment if wishing to ship order to different address, otherwise cannot guarantee correct processing of shipment.

NOTE  Shipping refunds allocated when identified.

 

Local Buyer 

If you are Local in the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex area and would like to coordinate delivery arrangement(s) of order to circumvent shipping cost, please contact me prior to placing ordering to obtain a "SHIPPING" coupon code to remove expense. Delivery arrangement(s) must be completed within two weeks after completion of order in conjunction with my schedule; exceptions will be made when my schedule conflicts.

NOTE Shipping Cost will NOT be refunded after completion of order incorrectly due to not acquiring coupon code. Orders NOT picked up timely, buyer will be accountable for shipping costs or $30 rescheduling delivery fee. Otherwise, buyer forfeits order and NO REFUNDS issued.

Returns, Exchange & Cancellations

What is your Return, Exchange & Cancelation Policy?

I don't accept returns, exchanges, or cancelations; see policy for further details. 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact me immediately if your order is damaged, defective, wrong item or other issue(s), so the situation can be resolved - jason@jchristopherdesignsmore.com. Must be handled within 14 days of customer’s receival of order.  


CUSTOM/SALE ITEMS

  • All custom orders are final; no refunds.
  • All sale items are final and sold "AS IS"; no refunds.


DEFECTIVE/DAMAGED

Please email jason@jchristopherdesignsmore.com, with photos of your damage  and packaging, and will advise. Refund will be processed and credited back through original method of payment once deemed valid.

My order has arrived but it’s not as I expected. What can I do?

I do not accept returns or exchanges. Customers are excepted to read description and view pictures of product for accuracy prior to purchase.  

 

Misc

General Care

Products are designed for both indoors and outdoors with top quality materials built to withstand moderate outdoor exposure to the outdoor elements (excluding delicate items). Strongly recommend products should be placed in areas with covered overhanging and NOT in direct unprotected elements to prevent damage, fading or deterioration of materials shortening creation’s lifespan.

Highly recommend storing products in climate-controlled environment/storage when not in usage. Extreme conditions (cold/heat) can cause the materials appearance and condition to change from its original state. Minor wear and tear is excepted, but can be prevented with proper care and storage.
